Laura was born and raised in Caserta, a small town in the south of Italy, and moved to Bozeman in 2014. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Sciences, and Masters of science in Evolution of Human and Animal Behavior. Her passion for nature and animals, in particular primates, took her to Madagascar to study lemurs, and to South Africa to study Vervet monkeys.
Laura started working at PETS in 2015, and loves her job. She enjoys patient advocacy, and strives to make sure every pet’s stay in the hospital is as comfortable as possible. Laura has a particular love of cats, and in her free time can be found knitting and sewing in the company of her furry friends. She also enjoys traveling, being outdoors, practicing sign language, and cooking authentic Italian food!
